Booking and appointment changes
Selecting an opening is not a confirmed appointment. Availability can change, and a selected time is held only temporarily while booking is completed. An appointment is confirmed when the booking system displays confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation, cannot complete the flow, or need more time or assistance, call the studio.
Review the treatment, duration, date, time, therapist preference and contact details before confirming. A therapist preference is a request and does not guarantee a particular therapist. For a couples session, the studio confirms the final pairing.
Use available account tools to request permitted cancellations or changes, or contact the studio directly. The system may apply booking or change deadlines. Ask the studio about current cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival and no-show policies before confirming if they are unclear. These website terms do not create a new cancellation fee.
Rates and payment
Confirm current treatment rates and any applicable charges with the studio before your visit. Online payments, deposits and card capture are currently disabled. Do not enter card details in booking notes or messages. If payment features are introduced, payment information and relevant terms must be presented before you choose to use them.
Accounts and information
Use accurate contact details and book for another person only with their permission. Keep account credentials private, sign out on shared devices, and contact the studio if you believe an account was accessed without permission. The Privacy Policy explains how booking, account and communication information is handled.
Optional text-message terms
Checking the separate, optional text consent box authorizes Sunrise Massage Therapy to send automated appointment confirmations, reminders, cancellations, rescheduling notices and related account updates to the number provided when text delivery is enabled. Message frequency varies with appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase and is not consent to marketing texts.

Health, safety and accessibility
Website descriptions are general service information, not medical advice or a diagnosis. Discuss relevant comfort and safety concerns directly with the studio and seek qualified medical guidance when appropriate. Avoid putting detailed health history in website messages. For assistance with online booking or to discuss access needs before visiting, contact the studio. Physical access arrangements should be confirmed directly.
Responsible use and external services
Do not impersonate someone else, make abusive or fraudulent bookings, disrupt availability, probe accounts without authorization, or submit unlawful material. Links to independent services, including Google and social or review platforms, are governed by those services' own terms. They are not a guarantee of availability or accuracy.
Changes and your rights
Changes will be dated on this page and apply to later website use; they do not silently change an already agreed appointment or override rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. No arbitration agreement, broad liability waiver or waiver of statutory consumer rights is created by these terms. Contact the studio if an appointment or website issue needs to be resolved.
